Oh no! I was hoping to use it on ALL settlements A good idea is to pick the town you love and let that one auto build and not have too many going on.
Or the vanilla game decided to attack oberland station 3 times with supermutants which resulted in something getting damaged and the town progress freezes so you have to blow the whole thing up and start over. Or don't use alternative start mods or the workshops will be all unaligned resulting in weird settlements and so on. For instance don't let it build starlight drive in or you risk a permanent ctd whenever you get in range which cannot be fixed even with their remote destruction tool.
