Starting the quest will trigger the cinematic cutscene. The Second Dream must be completed to access the Pluto Junction. This quest becomes available after completing the Neptune Junction, and can then be activated in the Codex. The Sentient Hunhow seeks to destroy the Tenno by exploiting long-forgotten secrets.
